When I was just over 40, I had lower energy than before, low testosterone levels, and had been getting heavier and heavier with each passing year. I was depressed, anxious, and disenchanted with life. I saw everyone else my age embracing their "dad bod" and I guess it was my turn. I thought that was part of life and acceptance was my only option.
I had tried on my own to work out and eat healthier, but what had worked before wasn't working anymore. I needed more structure and accountability. I needed help!
